The Centre for Medieval Studies in Tallinn hosts the Annual Meeting of CARMEN, taking place on 17–19 September.
This year, the Annual Meeting of CARMEN (Co-operative for the Advancement of Research through a Medieval European Network) takes place in Tallinn. The event brings together more than 40 medievalists from all over the world.
CARMEN is a worldwide network, connecting institutions (research centres, university departments, museums, etc) engaged in medieval studies. The aims of this meeting include presenting research projects (both potential and existing), identifying areas of possible collaboration between researchers and creating new opportunities for international co-operation.
